The prostate is a small gland found in men, near their bladders. Many men experience prostate problems, and as they get older it is important to watch for signs of prostate cancer. According to the American Cancer Society, one in every seven men is diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime and it is the second leading cause of cancer death among men in the United States. In 2015, 27,540 deaths were projected to occur due to prostate cancer. 


Most of males from their twenties to die suffer from prostate diseases, including Prostatitis, Prostatic Hyperplasia, Prostate Cancer. So far, there are no specific drugs in the world. In particular, the treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and drug-resistant prostate cancer has become a worldwide problem.


Prostate disease is one of the leading killers of adult male health worldwide. In China, the number of people suffering from prostate diseases accounts for nearly 70% of all urology visits, and the age of onset is also younger. Prostate diseases generally include prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and prostate cancer.


However, there are a number of preventive measures that a man can take to reduce his risk of developing prostate cancer, including important dietary and lifestyle changes and becoming aware of his family history.



1.Eat whole grains and more fruits and vegetables. 

2.Be more selective in your consumption of protein. 

3.Increase the amount of soy in your diet. 

4.Limit your alcohol, caffeine, and sugar intake. 

5.Limit your salt intake. 

6.Keep good fats and get rid of bad fats. 

7.Take supplements.
